Ohio dental practice for underserved patients closes 1 of 6 offices

The Dental Center of Northwest Ohio closed its Findlay Smiles office in Findlay, Ohio, according to a May 3 report by WFIN.

Based in Toledo, Ohio, the practice has five other locations throughout the state, with two in Toledo, one in Van Wert, one in West Unity and one in Liberty Center, according to its website. The nonprofit practice provides dental care to underserved communities and Medicaid beneficiaries. 

Findlay Smiles will contact patients by mail in the coming days, the report said.
