The Red Bird Clinic in Beverly, Ky., has several strategies to provide dental care to rural communities in need of care, CBS affiliate WKYT reported Jan. 20. 

The University of Oklahoma Tulsa plans to open a 5,000-square-foot dental clinic this summer to expand care locally for those in need, Public Radio Tulsa reported Jan. 19. 

Valleywise Health has established an advanced education program in general dentistry that will teach residents how to provide care to racially and ethnically diverse patients, the Phoenix-based public health system said Jan. 20.
