The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center opened a dental clinic in Columbus, Ohio, according to an Oct. 1 news release.

The Wisconsin Technical College System recently got a funding boost that will help it increase the number of dental credentials it gives out each year, Wisconsin Public Radio reported Oct. 1.

Winfield Dunn, DDS, a former dentist who became governor of Tennessee, died Sept. 28 at the age of 97.

An Indiana man has been charged a second time with practicing dentistry without a license, wishtv.com reported Sept. 30. 

Josephine Mensah, DMD, opened a pediatric dental practice in Tarrytown, N.Y., according to a Sept. 30 report by River Journal.
