1. Dallas-based Smile Doctors acquired myOrthos, an orthodontic support organization with more than 70 practice locations across 13 states.
2. AGIC Capital, a private equity firm focused on healthcare technologies, acquired Solmetex, a provider of dental products, systems and consumables.
3. VideaHealth, a dental AI company, raised $40 million during a series B funding round.
4. Dental supply platform Torch Dental raised $17 million in financing to fuel its expansion in 2025.
5. Troy, Mich.-based Smile Partners USA recapitalized following a strategic investment from a new continuation fund managed by Silver Oak and supported by new and existing investors.
6. Avenel, N.J.-based Eastern Dental Management was acquired by Branford Castle Partners, a private equity firm.
