A medical office portfolio in New York that includes a pediatric dental and orthodontic office, has been sold for $4.35 million, according to a March 10 report from New York Real Estate Journal.
One of the buildings is located in Mount Kisco, N.Y., and the other is in Peekskill, N.Y.
Both of the buildings have long-term leases with a private equity dental practice wholly owned by Planet Smile Partners.
The two properties total 12,600 square feet and have had building improvements of more than $2 million, the report said.
