CJ Szelestey said he made negative comments about Three Rivers Dental Group on his Facebook page after an appointment. The dental practice claims Mr. Szelestey also impersonated an employee while responding to questions online, but Mr. Szelestey denied this to the news station.

The dental practice claims in the lawsuit that Mr. Szelestey caused the company a loss of profits, trust with customers and employment opportunities while negatively affecting the practice’s reputation.
