The company, which focuses on dental practice purchases as well as mergers and acquisitions, also aided in bringing 45 new dental practices to market, according to an April 17 news release.
The 30 transitions totaled an enterprise value of $73 million, led by the sale of a two-location practice to a DSO for $28 million.
The company facilitated more than 100 dental practice transitions in 2023.
