Here are three notes.
1. Dr. Stinson admitted to pre-signing prescription pads. A typical pad was already signed for 12 Norco pills and 30 antibiotic pills. The front desk staff simply stamped the medication on the pre-signed pad.
2. Per the agreement, Dr. Stinson will be on probation for three years and pay a $3,000 fine.
3 Dr. Stinson must also complete a state-approved controlled substance prescribing course.
