365 DDS released its new artificial intelligence technology platform, DDS Connect.
Here are five things to know.
1. DDS Connect is designed to match patients with specific dentists to meet their needs.
2. To be matched with the most appropriate dentist, patients call a toll-free number where the DDS Connect algorithm begins a process of identifying the criteria required to provide the best selection of dentists.
3. Patients can then narrow their search and connect with a dentist in all specialty fields. The service is available 24 hours a day.
4. DDS Connect uses 15 different points of criteria to make a recommendation to the user, and because the technology is constantly learning it can continue to expand its criteria knowledge.
5. 365 DDS is rolling out the AI technology in Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, Denver, Portland, Ore., Atlanta and Dallas. By 2019, the company hopes its service will be national.
