Mid-State Oral Surgery and Implant Center has offices in Clarksville, Smyrna, Bellevue, Lebanon and Dickson. The Dickson office will be moving to a new facility that will offer dental work, cancer biopsies, treatment for facial trauma or fractures and corrections for child deformities. The current Dickson office will transition into an administrative office.

Director of Operations Sonya Miles told the news organization that the goal is to open the center at the end of this year, but it will likely open in early 2024.
