Patients are unable to connect with the clinic. It remains unclear why it has closed.
“I’ve been contacted by about 15 people that also prepaid for their treatment,” Michelle Cassity, a former patient of Sherwood Dental Clinic, told KAMR. “Nobody was advised that they were shutting down their office. We’re all just in limbo with half finished treatments and no money.”
A sign taped to the office’s front door reads “office permanently closed,” according to the report. The website is also inactive.
The Better Business Bureau is investigating the case.
