The 41-year-old dentist was charged Jan. 13 with receipt and distribution of child pornography. A judge denied his release from jail Jan. 25. The indictment means a grand jury believes there is enough evidence for the case to go to trial.
The indictment includes a forfeiture clause that calls for the dentist to lose his home and ranch if convicted.
Separately, dental manufacturer C37 Dental Arts is suing Dr. White, claiming the dentist owes the company more than $16,000 in past-due payments. Additionally, a local family has also sued Dr. White in civil court for at least $10 million, accusing him of running a child pornography business.
