Texas man accused of practicing unlicensed dentistry

A Texas man was recently arrested for allegedly practicing dentistry without a license, KTRK reported March 4. 

Police reported seeing several people waiting to receive dental care when they arrived at an apartment building to arrest Eduardo Rivero Rios, 61. Mr. Rivero Rios reportedly admitted to performing tooth extractions and cleanings, and that he was licensed to practice dentistry in Cuba and Venezuela. 

Mr. Rivero Rios faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
