Upon receiving the call, the Ozaukee County Sheriff’s Office responded to the dental practice in Grafton and the family’s residence to ensure safety, according to a news release from the Sheriff’s Office.

The suspect was experiencing a mental health crisis, had recently made multiple suicidal and homicidal threats and had access to multiple firearms.

Deputies took the suspect into custody, who will be transported to a mental health unit.

On top of the charges of terroristic threats, the office launched an investigation and there is potential for additional charges.

The suspect is no longer a threat and acted alone, the release said.
