CareStack is a cloud-based system that aims at helping dental offices manage clinical and financial operations. The system is also equipped with patient engagement tools, including automated reminders and confirmations.

After the pilot is complete, Midwest Dental plans to deploy the software to all of its 230 offices during 2020.

“We have completed an extensive review of dental practice management solutions and we selected CareStack due to its rich functionality and ease of use,” said Elizabeth Rydell, DDS, chief dental officer at Midwest Dental. “The efficiency and automation gains will provide our offices with increased control of day-to-day operations and lead to even better patient care.”
