Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental has spent the last month opening de novo offices, closing practice affiliations and other deals.
Five updates from the DSO:
1. The DSO partnered with Majid Sehat, DDS, and his practice in Irving, Texas.
2. A Heartland Dental office in Pewaukee, Wis., was sold for $4.3 million.
3. Rick Workman, DMD, the founder and executive chair of Heartland Dental, was added to this year’s Forbes “World’s Billionaires List.”
4. Heartland Dental opened five de novos and added one partnership in February.
5. A newly constructed dental office building in Ocala, Fla., was sold for more than $3 million.
