3 dental groups securing investments in 60 days

1. The Smilist, a DSO based in Great Neck, N.Y., closed on a $285 million unitranche debt facility to continue its expansion.

2. Nashville, Tenn.-based Endodontic Practice Partners secured a $20 million upsizing of its existing senior debt facility.

3. San Antonio-based 7to7 Dental received a strategic investment from GTCR and Avryo Health Services.
