1. Louisville, Ky.-based Mortenson Dental Partners added its first practice in Missouri. The DSO partnered with Nikodem Dental and Custom Dental Management.
2. Southlake, Texas-based Allied OMS added its first New Jersey practice, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery of Central New Jersey.
3. Minneapolis-based Park Dental Partners acquired Sunlight Dental in Phoenix, its first Arizona practice.
