The Smilist (Great Neck, N.Y.)
The Smililst recently expanded its network to more than 90 offices and more than 1,500 employees after adding a 23-office dental group in Maryland. Its network also includes practices in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Delaware.
The Smilist also closed on a $285 million unitranche debt facility in April to fuel its growth.
GPS Dental (Jonesboro, Ark.)
GPS Dental hit 90 offices in June after adding five practices to its network. The company supports more than 200 dentists and entered its 24th state, New Jersey, earlier this month.
Beacon Oral Specialists (Dallas)
Beacon Oral Specialists supports more than 90 offices in 11 states. The company recently added Vero Beach (Fla.) Surgical Arts to its network.
