Florida
Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental added Dental Care of Four Corners; Waterman Dental Care; Dental Care at Pineda; Toledo Blade Dental Care; Clear Skies Dental Care; Rapallo Dental Care; Luna Point Dental Care and Prime Dentistry.
Sarasota, Fla.-based Parkview Dental Partners opened a de novo practice in Tampa, Fla. It also acquired VIP Dental in Palm Harbor, Fla.
Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental opened a pediatric dental practice in Orlando, Fla. It also opened an office in Ormond Beach, Fla.
Colorado
Dallas-based Apex Dental Partners affiliated with five practices in Colorado.
Phoenix-based SALT Dental Partners opened a de novo pediatric practice in Denver.
California
Henderson, Nev.-based PDS Health opened Crocker Ranch Dentistry, Jurupa Valley Dental Group and Dentists of East Clovis.
Salt Lake City-based Bridge Dental Group partnered with Foothill Family Dental Group and Peak Dental Specialists in Glendora, Calif.
