1. As CFO, Mr. Dembereckyj leads the company’s internal and external financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, revenue cycle, purchasing and credit reporting agencies.
2. Mr. Dembereckyj has more than 25 years of financial and operation experience in healthcare and insurance industries.
3. Prior to joining Western Dental, Mr. Dembereckyj served as COO and CFO of HealthSmart. He led the firm through 16 acquisitions over a 30-month period.
4. Mr. Dembereckyj previously served as CFO, COO and president of New Life Treatment Centers, a behavioral healthcare firm.
5. He is a licensed certified public accountant through the California State Board of Accountancy.
