Shrewsbury, N.J.-based Revolutionary Dental Management made its first acquisition in Middlesex County, N.J.
The dental service organization was formed as a joint partnership between private equity firm Lucern Capital Partners and dentists Jeffrey Karlin, DDS, and Jason Nudleman, DDS.
Revolutionary Dental Management plans to focus on the New Jersey dental marketplace. The DSO is actively seeking individual and group acquisition targets of clinical operations.
"Revolutionary Dental's first acquisition marks the beginning of a paradigm shift in the way group dental care is administered and perceived by patients in the market place," said DSO CEO Frank Forte. "In more recent years, group dentistry has become tarnished by a willingness to sacrifice quality of patient care for profits."
