Combined, North American Dental Group and Jacobs will have annual revenues of more than $900 million and operate more than 450 practices. The transaction is expected to finalize in the third quarter of this year. Financial details were not disclosed.

North American Dental has a network of more than 200 dental practices in 11 states and 23 dental markets.
