Irvine, Calif.-based Smile Brands received the 2019 Gold Stevie Award for Health Products & Services Employer of the Year for the second consecutive year in a row, according to a Sept. 23 news release.
With over 550 nominations from 21 nations, the Stevie Awards recognize outstanding employers and workplace performances worldwide. Awards were announced Sept. 20 in New York at the fourth annual Stevie Awards for Great Employers.
Smile Brands, one of the largest DSOs in the U.S., has 440 affiliated practices in 18 states.
"At Smile Brands we pride ourselves on creating a culture where all employees and affiliated providers feel engaged in the mission and energized to deliver outstanding patient care and service," Steven C. Bilt, CEO of Smile Brands said.
More than 50 professionals worldwide selected the 2019 winners. Judges applauded Smile Brands for its positive culture.
