East Syracuse, N.Y.-based Aspen Dental plans to open a new practice in Boca Raton, Fla., on Oct. 10.

The new office is located in Palm Beach County, which is designated as a dental health professional shortage area by HHS.

Cristina Griffee, DMD, will lead the practice. Dr. Griffee received her doctor of dental medicine degree from Boston-based Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. At the new practice, Dr. Griffee and her team will provide various dental services, including dentures, preventive care and restoration.

Aspen Dental has nearly 780 offices throughout 42 states, making it one of the largest dental service organizations in the country. In 2018, the DSO treated nearly 1.8 million patients.
