Chicago-based Webster Dental Care, a dental service organization with 12 locations, has appointed a new chief operating officer and its first human resources officer.
Michelle Chua has been appointed COO. Prior to her new position, Ms. Chua oversaw day-to-day operations at the DSO's operatory multispecialty dental center.
The organization also appointed Rachel Spears to the executive team as its first human resources officer. Prior to joining, Ms. Spears served as a recruiter for Careers in Nonprofits.
