Mr. Ali, an internationally trained dentist, is currently senior vice president of operations for Guardian’s North Carolina and Virginia regions.
Mr. Ali has led much of the organization’s growth over the past year, including significant growth in net production and earnings in his specific regions.
In his new role, Mr. Ali will support Guardian operations teams across all regions and will help continue to build a culture anchored by the organization’s core mission and values. He will lead initiatives such as strategic growth plans, process improvements and drivers of team member engagement.
Mr. Ali joined Guardian in 2020 after 10 years with ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, where he served as vice president of operations.
