Aspen Dental: 6 big moves in 2021

Aspen Dental is one of the largest DSOs in the U.S., with more than 900 locations across 45 states. 

The DSO landed several accomplishments this year, including milestone practice openings and industry partnerships to advance care for patients. 

Six moves Aspen Dental made in 2021:

1. Partnered with dental software provider MyLabConnect in December to help Aspen Dental offices collaborate with dental labs in real time.
2. Added several products and services to its locations, including SprintRay's 3D printing technology, Straumann Group's dental implants and prosthetics, Forward Science's oral rinses and Motto, its own line of clear aligners.
3. Opened its 900th practice nationwide.
4. Opened its fifth New Jersey practice.
5. Opened its 25th Missouri practice.
