5 dental group acquisitions in the last 30 days

Here are five dental group acquisitions that have taken place in the last 30 days:

1. Tempe, Ariz.-based Gen4 Dental Partners acquired Grand Haven, Mich.-based DSO Smile One Services and Phoenix-based practice Harris Dental.

2. Denver-based Espire Dental acquired six practices in Colorado from Todd Matheson, DMD.

3. Madison, Wis.-based DSO Cherry Tree Dental expanded into Minnesota with three acquisitions: Downtown Dental Associates in Minneapolis, Robert J. Kingston, DDS, in Minneapolis and Fairmont (Minn.) Family Dentistry.

4. Little Rock, Ark.-based Rock Dental Brands acquired 10 dental clinics in Arkansas and Missouri, including its first in Kansas City. The Arkansas acquisition includes Hall Orthodontics in Hot Springs. The Missouri acquisitions include Bowen Orthodontics in Rolla and St. Roberts; Moore Orthodontics in Lee’s Summit, Grandview, Pleasant Hill, Nevada and Butler; and Burleson Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry in Kansas City and Raymore.
