The 215-office DSO was first acquired by Orange, Calif.-based DSO Western Dental in May. Sonrava became the new parent company of Western Dental earlier this month.
The acquisition expands the multispecialty health and wellness company’s DSO portfolio to include Western Dental & Orthodontics, Brident Dental & Orthodontics and Vital Smiles. The organization now has 572 offices in 20 states.
