Below is a list of 10 leaders who have made a positive impact on their organizations and have their sights set on future growth.

Jim Fox. CEO of Garrison Dental Solutions (Spring Lake, Mich.). Mr. Fox has been the CEO at Garrison Dental Solutions since 2022. He is an executive leader with a track record of transforming businesses and driving results. Mr. Fox builds engaged teams by focusing on culture to attract and develop top talent using a hands-on approach.

Timothy Hill, DDS. Chief Oral Health Officer of Cherry Health (Grand Rapids, Mich.). Dr. Hill has been the chief oral health officer at Cherry Health since 2020. He is a member of the Michigan Dental Association, West Michigan District Dental Society and American Dental Association. Dr. Hill has been with Cherry Health since 2006 when he joined as a general dentist.

David Hinton. CFO of DECA Dental Group (Dallas). Mr. Hinton has been the CFO at DECA Dental Group since 2019. He is a trusted finance expert with over 20 years of leadership experience in fast growing organizations. Mr. Hinton is a key leader on executive management teams that have successfully developed and implemented strategic plans. 

Kate Hopkins. CEO of Community Dental (Portland, Maine). Ms. Hopkins has been the CEO at Community Dental since 2021. She is a healthcare executive with over 20 years in operations, strategy and business development. Community dental has six locations and serves over 12,000 patients every year. 

Patrick Jarvis. CEO of Dentistry on Purpose (Birmingham, Ala.). Mr. Jarvis has been the CEO at Dentistry on Purpose since 2014. He helps groups identify, manage and grow patients assigned to their practices. Mr. Jarvis finds ways to continually improve a company's ability to provide the best technology and service to their patients by establishing models of consistency.

Bill Keith, DDS. CEO of Keith and Associates Dentistry (Mission, Kan.). Dr. Keith has been the CEO and a practicing dentist at Keith and Associates Dentistry since 2017. He has increased the number of practices from 13 to 20. Under Dr. Keith, the offices have adopted a technology-centered approach for doctors, hygienists, and patients. 

Meghan Keskar, DMD. Chief Dental Officer of Orange Blossom Family Health (Orlando, Fla.). Dr. Keskar has been the chief dental officer at Orange Blossom Family Health since 2015. She strives to provide her patients with the highest quality dental care in a compassionate and caring manner. Dr. Keskar worked at Orange Blossom Family Health for three years as a full-time dentist before becoming their chief dental officer. 

Dan Lee. Co-founder and CEO of Dentuit (Baltimore, Md.). Mr. Lee helped co-found Dentuit in 2020 and has been the CEO since then. He is self-determined with a deep drive to learn, innovate and iterate. At Dentuit, Mr. Lee is helping create an AI screening program for dental screenings that has precision and equity. 

Tom Marten. CFO of Cherry Tree Dental (Madison, Wis.). Mr. Marten has been the CFO at Cherry Tree Dental since 2021. He is a proven accounting, finance and executive management professional with strong leadership and problem solving skills. Mr. Marten has a results-oriented drive for company success on both the top and bottom lines and has a focus on long-term health and success.

Jeff McCall. CEO of Great Lakes Dental Partners (Chicago). Mr. McCall has been the CEO at Great Lakes Dental Partners since 2019. He has extensive experience in building successful, high-growth multi-site service organizations. Mr. McCall is a private equity operating executive that places healthcare and consumer service models in positions to grow, drive revenue, expand channels and increase operational efficiency and customer loyalty.
