Sulman Ahmed, DMD. Founder and CEO of DECA Dental Group (Dallas). Dr. Ahmed founded DECA Dental Group in 2008 and has been the CEO since. He has built the company with the belief in putting the patient first. Dr. Ahmed also serves on the Executive Committee at the American Dental Support Organization.
James Babiuk, DDS. President of The Centre for Oral Surgery (Joliet, Ill.). Dr. Babiuk has been the president at The Centre for Oral Surgery since 1998. He specializes in wisdom teeth removal and has created his own method, “The Wisdom Tooth Doc Technique.” Dr. Babiuk is also a practicing oral surgeon at his practice in Illinois.
Kevin Badii, DDS. Founder and CEO of OC Smile Dental and Orthodontics (Fullerton, Calif.). Dr. Badii has been the CEO of OC Smile Dental and Orthodontics since founding the company in 2018. Prior to his current role with Tend, Mr. Bazzi served as the interim COO and vice president of Veterinary Transformation at Banfield Pet Hospitals.
Jake Berry. Chief Development Officer of MB2 Dental (Carrollton, Texas). Mr. Berry has been the chief development officer at MB2 Dental Solutions since 2021. He is skilled in merger and acquisition analysis, financial modeling and corporate development. Prior to his current position with the company, Mr. Berry served as the vice president of business development.
