Great Lakes Dental Partners added a third Indiana practice to its network.
Rochester (Ind.) Dental Center was founded by David Barts, DDS, in 2000. The practice was then acquired by his daughter, Caitlin Rich, DDS, according to an Oct. 27 news release from the DSO.
Great Lakes Dental Partners is a portfolio company of private equity firm Shore Capital Partners. The DSO has more than 35 locations across Illinois and Indiana, according to its website.
