1. Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management added Central Sound Oral, Facial & Implant Surgery of Washington.
2. Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Imagen Dental Partners added its first Oregon practice, O’Bryan Advanced Dentistry in Coos Bay.
3. Frisco, Texas Bond Orthodontic Partners added Oceanside, Calif.-based Allen Orthodontics.
