4 states where DSOs added most frequently in January

Here are four states that saw at least three DSO moves in January, as reported by Becker’s:

Florida

1. Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental added Marietta Dental Group in Jacksonville, Fla., to its network. 
2. Sage Dental opened an office in St. Johns, Fla.
3. Advanced Dental Implant Center, a dental brand supported by Affordable Care, affiliated with Dental Implants of Ocala.
4. Little Rock, Ark.-based Rock Dental Brands partnered with Smile Concepts Orthodontics in Apopka, Fla.
5. Sage Dental also opened an office in Tampa, Fla.

California

1. Irving, Texas-based Specialized Dental Partners added Sattva Endodontics in Davis, Calif.
2. Dallas-based MB2 Dental added Ivy Dental Institute in Arcadia, Calif., and Synergy Endodontics in Palmdale and Palm Desert, Calif.
3. MB2 Dental also affiliated with Smiles 4OC in Costa Mesa, Calif.
4. Houston-based Specialty1 Partners expanded its network with the addition of James S. Minutello, DDS & Regina D. Minutello, DMD, MS and Associates Periodontics & Implant Dentistry, located in Corona, Calif.

New York

1. Hackensack, N.J.-based Max Surgical Specialty Management partnered with New York Oral, Maxillofacial and Implant Surgery, which has locations in Scarsdale and Mount Kisco, N.Y.
2. Sarasota, Fla.-based Dental Care Alliance partnered with Gentle Dental World in New York City.
3. MB2 Dental added Giangreco Family Dentistry in Webster, N.Y.

Pennsylvania

1. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Dental365 added Dynamic Growth, a group with six dental practices throughout Pennsylvania.
2. Morrisville, N.C.-based Affordable Care opened a new Affordable Dentures & Implants location in Wyomissing, Pa.
3. MB2 Dental also partnered with McMurray (Pa.) Family Dental.
