1. Dallas-based Beacon Oral Specialists added its first Florida practice by affiliating with South Florida Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
2. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Premier Care Dental Management acquired Dental Designs of New England, its first practice in New Hampshire.
3. Carmel, Ind.-based Vista Verde Dental Partners opened its first Britely Dentures + Implants office in Texas.
