Orthodontics-focused DSO Smile Doctors added 21 new locations to its network in the first quarter, according to an April 18 news release.

1. The 21 locations included seven new practices.
2. Smile Doctors entered the Arizona market and now supports practices in 28 states.
3. The DSO now has more than 390 locations across the country and is expecting continued growth over the next five years.
