Four Corners Property Trust, a real estate investment trust, acquired a Heartland Dental property for $2.6 million.
The property is located in a retail corridor in Missouri, according to a May 18 news release. It is occupied under a long-term, triple net lease with approximately five years remaining.
Four Corners Property Trust has acquired several DSO properties in recent months. It acquired two Heartland Dental properties in March and May 2022. It also acquired an Aspen Dental property in March.
