Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental established Heartland Dental University to provide continuing education opportunities to its affiliated dentists and employees.
Heartland Dental University will provide business and leadership training and clinical education, according to a July 27 news release. Each academy program will provide live, virtual and on-demand training opportunities, workshops and classes led by external partners and industry leaders.
The company is also partnering with Henry Schein to educate its providers about dental technology updates.
Heartland Dental supports more than 2,700 doctors and more than 1,700 locations in 38 states.
