Thomas Marler, president and CEO of Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental recently shared in a LinkedIn post three things DSO leaders need to do to achieve rapid growth:
1. Build modern facilities
2. Hire highly skilled clinicians and support staff
3. Invest in best-in-class dental technologies
