Morrisville, N.C.-based Affordable Care opened an Affordable Dentures & Implants office in Stockton, Calif.
Frisco, Texas-based Bond Orthodontic Partners partnered with Wu Orthodontics in Palo Alto, Calif.
Florida
Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental opened offices in Miami, Titusville, Alafaya, Maitland, The Villages and Land O' Lakes.
Little Rock, Ark.-based Rock Dental Brands affiliated with Baptiste Orthodontics and Baptiste Dentistry for Kids, both in Orlando, Fla.

New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Dental365 acquired Theroux Dental Associates in North Grafton Mass.
Sarasota, Fla.-based Dental Care Alliance opened a de novo practice in East Longmeadow, Mass.
New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Premier Care Dental Management acquired Southborough (Mass.) Dental Associates.

New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Dental365 acquired a six-location group practice in Pennsylvania, its first additions in the state.
North Brunswick Township, N.J.-based Squire Dental affiliated with Navid Hadian, DMD, in Allentown, Pa.
Wayne (Pa.) Dental Care affiliated with Great Neck, N.Y.-based the Smilist, a private equity-backed DSO.
