- Dallas-based MB2 Dental opened its 600th practice, Highland Creek Family Dental in South Lafayette, Ind.
- Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental opened its 100th practice after acquiring Kendall Dental Care in Miami.
- Richmond Hill, Ga.-based DSO SGA Dental Partners added its 100th location.
- Sarasota, Fla.-based Dental Care Alliance surpassed 400 practices. The DSO also added its 20th Wisconsin dental practice in November and entered Rhode Island..
- Denver-based Espire Dental acquired Fox Creek Family Dental, a five-location dental practice in Colorado, surpassing 25 practices.
- New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Premier Care Dental Management hit 115 offices.
- Dallas-based Beacon Oral Specialists added its 25th practice location in Atlanta.
- Raleigh, N.C.-based DSO Oakpoint hit 40 practices after partnering with Signature Family Dentistry, a multi-office practice.
- Irvine, Calif.-based Pacific Dental Services and Fountain Valley, Calif.-based MemorialCare opened their first co-located integrated office in Irvine, Calif.
- Southlake, Texas-based Allied OMS tripled its growth by adding 30 practices to its network since its launch in 2020.
