Affordable Care (Morrisville, N.C.)
- Affordable Dentures & Implants, a dental brand supported by Morrisville, N.C.-based Affordable Care, opened offices in Macedonia, Ohio, and El Cajon, Calif.
- Affordable Dentures & Implants added Dental Implants of Ocala (Fla.) to its network.
Dental Care Alliance (Sarasota, Fla.)
- Dental Care Alliance added its first practice in New Hampshire, marking the 24th state in which the company supports locations.
- Dental Care Alliance made its first addition in 2024 by partnering with Gentle Dental World in New York City.
- Dental Care Alliance partnered with the Offices of John G. Fatse, DMD, a single-location general practice located in Monroe, Conn.
- The DSO expanded its network with the addition of The Kids Dentist in Mequon, Wis.
- In December, the organization constructed a 11,400-square-foot office in South Bend, Ind.
- Victoria Garcia joined the company as CFO.
Heartland Dental (Effingham, Ill.)
- Heartland Dental was recently included in Newsweek's Great Workplaces for Women list for 2024.
- The DSO affiliated with Cosmetic & Advanced Dentistry in Owing Mills, Md.
- Heartland Dental said it plans to open at least 90 de novo practices and affiliate with 60 to 80 additional practices in 2024.
- Heartland Dental is planning to open a practice location in Louisville, Ky.
- Heartland Dental added Capstone Dental in Charlotte, N.C., to its network.
MB2 Dental (Dallas)
- Dallas-based MB2 Dental partnered with a dental practice in West Virginia, marking the 40th state it supports locations in.
- MB2 Dental teamed up with Global Corporate Real Estate & Facilities, a real estate management firm.
- The company closed on a $2.344 billion unitranche debt facility to fund acquisitions and future growth.
- The dental partnership organization added eight practices to its network.
Pacific Dental Services (Irvine, Calif.)
- Pacific Dental Services joined the American Dental Assistants Association to celebrate Dental Assistants Recognition Week.
- PDS supported several initiatives in honor of American Heart Month.
The Aspen Group (Chicago)
- Aspen Dental, a subsidiary of The Aspen Group, launched a marketing campaign celebrating its clinician-focused investments.
- Aspen Dental is constructing a new practice location at a shopping center in Culpeper, Va.
