The two companies will integrate Overjet’s AI platform to Dental Care Alliance’s more than 400 allied dental practices across 24 states, according to a July 23 news release from Overjet.
Overjet’s FDA-cleared AI analyzes dental X-rays to detect, outline and quantify oral diseases. The program also improves patient education and communication, leading to a higher case acceptance rate, the release said.
The partnership between Dental Care Alliance and Overjet began in 2022.
Dental Care Alliance supports more than 900 dentists, the release said.
