1. Max Surgical Specialty Management appointed Akeyla Brown, DDS, as the company’s first clinical director for diversity, equity and inclusion and community engagement.
2. Paul Olson joined the company as CFO.
3. MSSM expanded into New York, Pennsylvania and Vermont.
4. Mark Censoprano was appointed co-CEO.
5. The company hired Brian Lawson to be its senior vice president of business development.
