Georgia shopping center with Heartland Dental sells for $25M

A San Diego-based investor purchased a shopping center in Dacula, Ga., that includes a Heartland Dental location for $25 million, according to a Nov. 15 report by Shopping Center Business.

Other tenants at the center include Publix, Great Clips, Starbucks Coffee, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Wingstop and The UPS Store.

Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental supports more than 1,700 practices across 39 states and Washington, D.C.
