3. He spent time acting as CEO in several joint ventures with Atlantic Records/WEA distribution, Universal Records/Fontana distribution and Sony Records/Red distribution.
4. Mr. Cooper is an Association of Dental Support Organization executive committee member.
5. Mr. Cooper serves on the Mahoning Valley Drug and Alcohol board of directors.
