The DSO partnered with the Department of Defense’s SkillBridge program, which helps service members gain civilian work experience, according to a May 8 news release.

Dental Care Alliance said it hired two inaugural fellows as part of its program. The fellows are Jhoan Montoya, a former U.S. Marine, and Michelle Belmarez-Insanali, a U.S. Air Force veteran.

Dental Care Alliance supports more than 400 practices and more than 900 dentists in 24 states.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place September 14-15 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
