Dental Care Alliance launches military fellowship program

Sarasota, Fla.-based Dental Care Alliance launched a fellowship program to support veterans transitioning into civilian jobs.

The DSO partnered with the Department of Defense’s SkillBridge program, which helps service members gain civilian work experience, according to a May 8 news release.

Dental Care Alliance said it hired two inaugural fellows as part of its program. The fellows are Jhoan Montoya, a former U.S. Marine, and Michelle Belmarez-Insanali, a U.S. Air Force veteran. 

Dental Care Alliance supports more than 400 practices and more than 900 dentists in 24 states.
