LocalMed allows patients to quickly find and schedule appointments with dentists on the LocalMed website. Dental Intelligence plans to integrate LocalMed’s tools to find and reach patients who have no scheduled appointments with dentists.
Dental Intelligence and LocalMed will operate as independent companies. Per the agreement, the two will collaborate in the development and implementation of new technology.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
