DSOs staying active in the South: 5 moves to know

Here are five dental groups and DSOs have continued to grow and expand their networks in the South, as reported by Becker’s since March 7:

  1. Henderson, Nev.-based PDS Health expanded its specialty DSO and specialist ownership model by adding four new partners that serve Tennessee, Louisiana, Georgia, Virginia, Maryland, Florida and South Carolina.
  2. Sacramento, Calif.-based Straine Dental Management expanded into Oklahoma, the 15th state in its network.
  3. Cary, N.C.-based Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry added two dental offices in North Carolina. 
  4. Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental added a dental practice in Newport News, Va.
  5. Chicago-based Aspen Dental opened a practice in Portland, Texas.
